Registering for the next camp or program should be something your guests look forward to. Filling out the same information again? Probably less so.
With XTru Version 4.26.0922, released September 22, 2026, we’re introducing Stored Registration Profiles for Faster Program Registration. Guests can save registration information to their portal account and reuse it for future registrations on programs configured to allow autofill.
It’s a simple improvement built around a familiar experience: your guests are coming back, and their registration process should feel like it.
Give returning guests a head start
Think about a parent signing up for another camp session. They’ve already spent time entering registration details during a previous purchase. When they’re ready to return, repeating that work can feel like an unnecessary hurdle.
Stored Registration Profiles help reduce that repetition. By giving guests a way to reuse information they’ve already provided, you can make the next signup feel easier and keep their attention on the experience they’re choosing.
Two ways to save, one easier next registration
Guests can create a profile whenever it fits their registration routine.
Prepare ahead of time
In their portal account, guests can open the new Registration Profiles area and select Add registration profile. The program’s associated registration questions appear there, allowing them to enter the requested information in advance.
That saved profile is then available during Complete Registration, before checkout.
Save while signing up
Guests can also enter their information during a purchase and save a registration profile for future use. There’s no need to create one ahead of time to get started.
For someone discovering your programs for the first time, today’s registration can become a head start on their next visit.
Get started with your programs
To offer this feature, enable pre-fill for the applicable program under Ticketing Setup > Programs.
Once enabled, consider introducing Registration Profiles in your next program announcement or registration reminder. A brief note explaining that guests can save their information gives returning participants a useful reason to visit their portal account before their next signup.
This feature is available exclusively to clients using XTru Version 4.
